Lomo MC-A

Got bitten by the film-bug and went and bought myself a camera.
Lomography has recently released a new film camera for 35mm that looks like (and acts like) a point & shot – but it comes with a lot of settings not normally found on such.
The Lomo MC-A is very expensive – but its also a newly developed and released film camera, that is worth supporting and hopefully not something I’ll regret. (=
It has its problems, mainly with battery-life and film advancing, but it is really a fun camera and from what i can tell so far – a really great camera!
This is the first roll shot in the MC-A, Kodak T-Max 400 developed with Adox Rodinal. Again it is processed in Darktable – I still haven’t got my head around what I want to do in post-processing and much less how to achieve it.
As for the camera it seems to have great build quality and the auto-focus does a great job. Going from f/2.8 to f/16 in aperture is something I appreciate a lot coming from full auto cameras. Loading the film is straight forward (though I think you need to take extra care that the film aligns with the single advancing sprocket.) as is rewinding.
Manual focus is just zone-focus but that lends itself to old-school shooting. The flash works as intended and delay on the shutter is another really great feature!
All in all, first impressions are great and I hope that will stay true in the long-term.
